Girls Tennis off to a Great Start

The girls tennis team is off to a great start this season winning two games back to back, the first game against Northridge the girls won with a score of 7-0, and the second game against University 6-1. The Spartans are led by Junior Nicolitte Marty at #1 singles, Junior Holly Jaros #2 singles, Senior Sydney Hocker #3 singles, at doubles #1 Junior Kendra Maitland, and Junior Dane Alverson, at #2 doubles Lyndsey Pancost, and Sophomore Megan Malherbe, at #3 doubles Freshman Justine Jaros, and Junior Kelsi Thoren, at #4 doubles Senior Kenna Lorenzan, and sophomore Phoebe Jones. The team is returning eight state qualifiers from last season so this season is looking bright. The next match is tuesday March 29th at home against Fredrick.
