Starting of a Great Season

The baseball team is off to a good start with winning one of their games against Mountain View and by blowing Valley out of the water with a score of 25 – 3 and then also against SkyView Academy with a score of 20 – 0. We are so proud of our boys so far this year and we can’t wait to see how the rest of the season plays out. Sadly we did have an upsetting loss against Mountain View for our first game and against Severance. So far this season their record is 3 – 2, so it’s looking pretty good so far. They currently have a 3 win streak and they host Severance High School knights at 4:30 on April 1, 2022. Senior Evan Erickson said that he was feeling super good about the game and that the team was bonding more than ever. I think it is super important for our boys to be bonding with each other and especially our underclassmen so that they can take that bond on in the future. Senior Lawson Dawe says that he’s proud of all the hard work the underclassmen have been showing and how they have been trying to prove themselves. We all can’t wait for how this seasons going to go.
