My name is Emily Day, and I am a freshman at BHS. I joined journalism because I wanted to experiment with a new type of writing and to learn the behind the scenes of becoming a journalist. My favorite high school memory so far would be homecoming week, specifically the football game and the actual dance. So far this year I joined the volleyball C team and had a ton of fun with everyone there. Outside of school I work an internship at a local gym and am looking to get a job. I enjoy all things music and love to hang out with my friends and family. In the future I hope to get into a good college and go into either criminology or neuroscience.
